HOW TO COME TO CLASS: Please wear appropriate sports clothes to class, and either indoor shoes, cheer shoes, or bare feet. Hair must be tied up and jewellery removed. Please bring water.

PICK UP AND DROP OFF: Athletes are to be dropped off and collected at the stated class times, no spectators permitted. Athletes should wait outside the games hall until invited in by coaches. Please refrain from entering the sports centre earlier than necessary to avoid crowds in the hallway. At pick up, if your child is 9 or under, please collect them from inside the sports centre.
